2. Verifiable, real reviews
Are the reviews linked to a source (a Google profile) and not just quotes on the site? Look for the negative reviews too, and see how the company addresses them.
3. Legal transparency
Does the company disclose its legal history? How many proceedings, and what is the ratio to the number of clients? Litigation exists in every business; the question is the proportion.
4. Ownership and control of the money
In whose name are the store, the company and the bank account registered? Make sure ownership and control of the money stay with you, and that the company cannot withdraw your funds.
5. Model transparency, no guaranteed returns
Is it clear how the company makes money? Beware of guaranteed-return promises, there is no such thing in a real investment. Look for a model that aligns interests (such as profit sharing).
6. Professional backing and visibility
Is there backing from known law and accounting firms? Are the team and owners visible by name and face? Is there media coverage or a physical operation you can see?
